Peace

“God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God.”

Matthew 5:9 NLT



Peacemakers, we are called to make peace by the Prince of Peace. To be peacemakers we should be pointing each person to Jesus (The Prince of Peace), because through Christ alone we can find a completeness, or wholeness of what peace really is. Within the Prince we can find peace that we cannot find anywhere.

To be called a child of God each one of us would be easily recognized as a follower and believer of Jesus Christ. Now what does that mean? It means to be a peacemaker in the name of Jesus. It means, again, to point people to Jesus who gives them complete peace. At this we will be call children of God.


Today be a peacemaker, point people to Jesus.
