Why Project Jericho?

Project Jericho is dedicated to bringing together communities of faith through Nights of Worship, food, and fellowship, and to share Jesus Christ. We believe that by sharing our love for God and each other, we can strengthen the bonds between our churches and build a more connected and compassionate community, a community of believers.

• A brief history we created Project Jericho for two reasons: to tear down the walls in our lives through worship and to use worship to unite people from different churches and backgrounds.

Where did the means of Project Jericho come from? Joshua chapter 6. The Israelites marched around the walls of Jericho and on the seventh day, the seventh time, the trumpets sounded, the Israelites shouted to God and the walls came tumbling down. In the same way, we want to use worship to God to bring down the walls in our lives. Worship through music is an extraordinarily special time, where we can enter the throne room, God's throne room, to give him glory and praise. We want to use these events to unify God's children. A time where we can bring down the walls between different styles and backgrounds and where we can bring down the walls in our own lives by bringing our burdens to God. **(TRUST AND WAIT UPON THE LORD)**
