Mercy
“God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy.”
Matthew 5:7 NLT
The understanding of mercy is, when you or someone has power over another to punish, or harm them, but gives forgiveness and has compassion on the person. God shows us mercy everyday, because each one of us is a sinner, and as a sinner what do we deserve? For the wages of sin is death. We all deserve death not life. But God gives us mercy everyday. Through His son, we find forgiveness, we find grace. Through Jesus, we receive life. God’s mercy is given to us daily.
